| The Case for Booster Seats |

Just as a man would not be able to wear his boyhood coat, we cannot expect that a child to use equipment designed for an adult. What's more, when it becomes clear that our children are endangered by an ill-fitting device that is supposed to protect them, then a change in laws and parental practices are warranted. Parents, children, and the laws that can help protect them must, as Jefferson said, "keep pace with the times."
