Gas Prices Down A Penny, Says AAA

Up one week, down the next has been the pattern for gasoline prices in Massachusetts over the last month, according to AAA Southern New England.
AAA’s March 9 survey of prices in Massachusetts found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $1.869 per gallon, one cent less than last week. A month ago the price was just a penny different at $1.85, but has bounced higher or lower each week since. The current price is eight cents below the national average for self serve unleaded of $1.93, and the price is $1.22 less than the $3.08 found this time a year ago.
The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 38 cents, from a low of $1.719 to a high of $2.099. AAA advises motorists to shop around for the best prices in their area, and to make sure they and their passengers buckle up — every time.

Midgrade Unleaded - Self Serve/Full Serve
$1.989 ($1.789-$2.299)/$2.149 ($1.979-$2.299)
Premium Unleaded - Self Serve/Full Serve
$2.099 ($1.889-$2.299)/$2.219 ($2.079-$2.399)
Diesel - Self Serve/Full Serve
$2.479 ($2.159-$2.699)/$2.449 ($2.399-$2.499)
