AAA’s February 9 survey of prices in Massachusetts found self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $1.859 per gallon, three cents more than last week and 23 cents more than when prices started rising five weeks ago. The current price is seven cents below the national average for self serve unleaded of $1.92, and the price is $1.09 less than the $2.94 found this time a year ago.
